Tim/Bart may be my DC Comics OTP, but I could not resist after seeing the latest episode of Young Justice. Jaime and Bart are just adorable together. :)

Hi! I’ve been a long-time Bart Allen fan, and with Impulse’s recent appearance in Young Justice, I figured that some new and old fans of the character might like to know where to find out more about him.

So, I thought I’d share my list (with added synopses) of his DC comic appearances that I complied because it may be of interest to people. He appears in some weird places, and I’m sure you’d all like to read more comics featuring Bart outside of his main titles! ^_^

The only comics that I didn’t list are ones that he has a non-speaking appearance, such as in Superman/Batman, the Justice League of America, etc.

BART ALLEN FRIENDING MEME

Here’s what you do:

2. Hi! I’m yo-mawari (Midnightflame on Deviantart). I’ve been a Bart fan for forever, but I’m also into Glee, Doctor Who, Supernatural…basically, anything sci-fi/fantasy. I’d love to meet some people who like Bart as well - none of my friends are into DC Comics, so I have no one to chat with.

3. I love Bart because he’d absolutely adorable, goofy, and never fails to make me smile. :)

4. Wow, it’s hard to decide! Not counting Impulse/Young Justice/Teen Titans (because I just can’t choose my favorite parts of those series), my favorite Bart issues are all of his interactions with Brainiac 5 in the Legion of Superheroes, his short story in the Flash 80 Page Giant #1, and The Impulse & Atom: Double-Shot.

5. I love Bart’s friendship with Tim and Kon, because they’re just so adorable together, though I don’t mind a bit of Tim/Bart/Kon either. My main/favorite ship is Tim/Bart, mainly because I think Tim needs someone to make him smile and Bart needs someone who can keep up with him. :) But I’ll pretty much enjoy Bart with anyone as long as the fic/art is decent (though my secret pleasure BartShip is Superboy-Prime/Bart; I love how twisted it is).

6. Although I usually draw, I’ve written one Tim/Bart/Kon, one Superboy Prime/Bart fic, and some drabbles (Thad/Bart, Match/Bart and Tim/Bart) for the DC Kink Meme. You can find the fics on my LJ, and if anyone’s interested in the drabbles, tell me and I’ll post them to tumblr for easy access. :)

As for art, two years ago I did a four-page Tim/Bart comic on my LJ (http://yo-mawari.livejournal.com/109178.html#cutid1), and I’m working on a Tim/Bart image right now. Here’s a preview:
